PVUC CAMPING WEEKEND: June 11-13, 2010: Our camping weekend for 2010 was at the KOA (Kampgrounds of America) in Cookstown, Ontario, near the junction of highways 400 and 89, just over an hour's travel time from the church. It has cabins for 4 to 6 people and many tent and trailer sites. The campground features a pool, playgrounds, giant chess/checkerboard, basketball court, beach volleyball, mini golf, modern washroom facilities and recreation hall. Plans are already underway for another camping weekiend in June of 2011.
PAST EVENTS
CHILDREN'S SATURDAY MATINEE MOVIE: "UP"
was held on Saturday, February 6th, 1-3 p.m. in the chapel, featuring the Disney movie, "UP". Parents were welcome to enjoy the movie, relax outside the chapel, or to drop off children and run some errands if children are registered for Sunday School. We will be having another movie matinee soon; check back for details.

In 2009 we moved the location of our camp from Lake Scugog to this beautiful setting on the Niagara Peninsula. See the Media Gallery for more pictures.

SKATE AND SHINNY
Twice per year during the Christmas and March breaks. Shinny hockey on one half of the ice and pleaseure skating on the other half, followed by supper at the church.
